All I am going to say is instead of educating him and letting him know there is more then one tagging you tell him what he sees is wrong? I won't go into the arcana of Russell 2004 tagging here, but I will say that the year tagging on this piece looks awfully fresh for a game worn piece.
I'd stay away because:
It's a "star" jersey...fakes abound.
It's a last year of the contract Russell...lots of blanks got sold off, and some are re-appearing as "game used."
I have doubts about this sellers items, in general.

BTW: Joel, not to touch on yet another sensitive subject, but how do you manage to get all superstars, all the time? I've got some fairly decent Orioles contacts, and can't get jack out of them.

Mark, Thanks for asking. Some of the stuff that I have sold is from my personal collection, other things are from customers that I have acquired in the last 20 years in the business. They will either sell it to me or consign it to me to sell for them on eBay. Some stuff I have purchased from other dealers recently. The things I sell on eBay is a small percentage of what I actually have or have sold through the years. I have had many common and semi-star jerseys in the past, let me know who you are looking for and maybe I can help you out.

Also, I had a personal problem yesterday with my family causing drama and I will now publicly apologize to Howard Wolf and Jason Edelman for any comments that I made yesterday that were insulting to them.

I didn't mean to cause harm. I got in one of those moods where I called people who needed a lecture and blew off steam with them (all outside the forum) because a member of my family decided to ruin my day.

Do they still have the pirate fight at TI? I thought it is something new now, but I will check.

I believe to get the best viewing, you need a hotel room key. Funny, I carry two Bellagio room keys (two towers), a Palms room key and a Mandalay Bay room key. All are for when valet parking is full or to get into the elevators at the hotels.

I can see if I can get a TI key for you if you are not staying there.

Be sure to take them to the midways at Excalibur and Circus Circus.
