      freewebs.com. The price is free with adverstisements included or you can pay $50/year to have the ads removed. It's very easy to use, all self-explanatory.

        GoDaddy.com can sell you the Domain name and host your website with extra options such as custom email addresses and E-Commerce.

        PayPal.com also can give you links if you ever want to use their E-Commerce for collecting payments.
