Let Me Help You Out Alittle, It Is Not Game Used! It Is Not Team Issued! Retail Maybe?
Also I Tried To Make It Real Clear That It Is Not Used Or Team Issued In My Description.

    Thanks

So you're the seller? From prior descriptions and discussions here I gathered that the gamers had sizes like yours but the retail were XL, L, M, S tagged.

I thought that the inclusion of the AFC on the tag was also only available on game jerseys and not retail...

I Dont Know, I Traded For The Jersey And Was Assuming When I Did That It Was Team Issued. Since I Have Had It , I Have Found Out That It Is Not.
I Just Wanted To Make Sure That Nobody Thought I Was Suggesting It Was Game Used.
It Is A Really Cool Jersey Tho. And I Really Was Just Going To Keep It . I Really Liked Winslow , And Was Hoping To Get It Autographed. And If I Knew Were I Could Get Him To Sign It I Would End The Auction And Get It Signed And Keep It. My Wife Just Said I Have Enough Hanging On The Walls Now.
          I Hope This Helps

Also, the "W" on the nameplate should be flat on the top, not pointy

Sand Knit Experts- what does the label tell us about the year?

Not sure what to make of this jersey. There are repairs, but the nameplate is wrong.

Can you please e-mail me regarding a Chargers jersey?

I am not an expert but those tags look to be from 1979 -81 era.

Shouldn't the nameplate have "heat pressed" letters vs. tackle twill that this one has?

Lelands closed auction #2046 shows a Winslow with longer sleeves & what looks to be a "pointed" W, on the nameplate. Check it out.

Winslow played for the chargers from 1979 to 1987

The chargers had yellow bolts for all of the years he played in SD. (They switched to white bolts in 1988)

Amazing how easy some of these items are to disqualify and still someone ponied up near $1,000. So, this example, not a good one to compare to.
