After an email to the seller he has revised the ad to say batting practice bat.
The signature is right but the bat is completely wrong.

Umm, this is a pro stock bat. Im not sure Im understanding the question. Either its a crappy minor league bat that no one would want anyways or a crappy pro stock bat that he or someone signed. This is pure junk.
