HELP With Red Sox Jersey

Is this a retail jersey ? Seems to me it is missing the prpper tagging under the majestic front tail tag. Thanks

Seems like a game issued there is no tagging that the Red Sox add to the bottom of the Majestic tag.I would not be happy about him selling a jersey and he does not even know who wore it....I never go by the 0062 code trust me Majestic sells there game issueds as factory 2nds every once in awhile its not hard to get a blank some where and just have numbers added..
