every saw a game used item out of your price range
but decided to email the store anyway asking them if they'd consider best offers? any success stories?

Ball Park Heroes usually has their prices just above what I would LIKE to pay, they are not to big on negotiating though.
Looking for: Joey Votto game used items.

I've done B & E and they wouldn't budge. I also asked the Tennessee Titans team store and they didn't respond. I like forum members much more than stores! They deal!

that's very true, one time they had a Michael Finley game used Mavs jersey for sale at $375 and I asked them if they would consider $350 and never heard back from them.
