    Vintage items wanted

    Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had any vintage baseball equipment for sale or trade? I collect old gloves (pre 20's), uniforms, balls, trophies, cabinet photos, panoramic photos, etc. I am looking for anything you guys have available. I would be willing to buy, but my preference is to trade. I have some gloves, balls, trophies, and other items available. Please let me know. I would like to see what you have available.

    Thanks

What do you have in regards to 19th Century memorabilia? I am particularly interested in 19th century baseballs. I would have some tradeable 19th century material as well as numerous autographs of players from the late 1800s to present.

As for the early part of the century, I have a lemon peel and a figure eight baseball, a crescent fielder's glove, crescent catcher's mitt, and a crescent basemitt, a welded catcher's mask and 3 cabinet photos from that time period in my colllection. I have 2 complete uniforms from the 20's/30's which are complete and one cadet color uniform which dates pre 1910 (only pants and shirt). I have other items too, but these are the oldest. I have full webs and one inch webs and color stitched baseballs too. I am really curious to see what others have available in their collection and are willing to part with. I have been collecting equipment since 98 and live in SOCAL. Hopefully I can send pics of my display.

Hi oldetyme. Sounds like you have some wonderful stuff. Welcome to the forum. Your collecting interests are right up the alley of some of us on this forum. Would love to see some pictures...especially the uniforms. Would like to see your cadet collar uni. Here is a link to my collection:

I have some stuff to trade, including some uniforms, but most of it is not shown on my site, so send me your email address and I'll email you pictures. I'd be most interested in trophies.

I have a 1930's to 1940's full Baseball uniform that I could trade or sell. Included are a jersey, pants, and 2 stirrups. The front reads Magee A.A.
The back reads Stack's Market, Castor and Hartell. The uniform was purchased in a Philadelphia estate auction, and Castor and Hartell is in the Frankford section of Philadelphia. I mainly collect older football memoribilia. Thanks, my email is buddys46defense@aol.com.
