Well, that guy is just trying to get attention to his no-merit auction. If I were you, I would report him.
What annoys me is when people say a game used batting practice jersey or a game used shower sandal. Hello - it's not game used unless it was actually used during regular season play!

I sold a jersey this way, tongue-in-cheek but it was the one I wore to Super Bowl XL, where I appear nicely in the "Leading off" photo in Sports Illustrated the week following the game! Did pretty well with it!
