I emailed the seller for wash tag photos, sure enough I recieved one, but out of what I uncovered...I erased the illustration. In it, shows the "0006" code, the tag shows that it was stitched above the seam, which I've never seen. I could not see if perhaps there were signs of an older "retail" tag that might have been torn or displaced off. I have no reason to believe its a GU jersey.

Edit: I just found the image in my trash pile...
