Hi - yes - Allison's records are available during the 61 - 64 laneling period. During this period, Bobby primarily ordered K55, S2 and O1 model bats. Bats varied between 34.5" - 36" long with wights in the 32 ounce to 36 ounce range. All of his bats during this period were wide grain bats. the only other odd order during thie period was on 4-13-64, where Bobby ordered A108 model bats which were a derivation of the K55 model. If you have specific questions about a particular bat you have ro have seen, please let me know. Thanks! jim

Thanks Jim! The bat I have is a K55 and is 35 3/4 long and 33 oz. Do your records show a order for bats with these specs? Thanks again for the helpful info.

Hi Jeff - from 7-10-62 through the end of 1964, that's all Bobby Allison ordered. Your bat should have a wide grain......There are no specific orders for 35 3/4" bats, but that is probably a 36" bat. On July 22, 1964, Bobby ordered 12 - 36" - 33 ounce bats - there are no other 33 ounce bats ordered during this time period. A lot of people feel that bats change weight over time - as much as 5 ounces! But I don't subscribe to that theory - at least not 5 ounces......... Please see my Blogs on the Eddie Mathews bat. There are many 34 and 32 ounce orders by Allison during this time period and I do believe an ounce difference may have occured over time, as a bat can gain and lose weight. The only dead on order of 33 ounce bats is from July 22, 1964. Based on my opinions, there is a very good chance your bat is from this date. Let me know how else I can help. All the best ...........Jim
