Recent pick-up and photo match. David Ortiz Marucci bat used to hit his 1st HR of 2014 and his 432nd career HR off Orioles Ubaldo Jimenez.

2009 Johnny Damon Mother's Day home run bat - hit at Baltimore in the 7th inning, a three run shot to put the Yankees ahead 5 to 3 in a game they would go on to win by the very same score.

Nice pick up. I passed on it when I first heard about it then tried to grab it the next morning and it was gone. It's a great piece! Glad it went to someone who's going to appreciate it!

Thanks man, I love the way this bat looks. The only one I have with this much gook on it. The pine tar smell is so strong, as soon as I open my bat tube, I get hit with a cloud of forest.

I'm excited for Tex to get to 400 home runs as a switch hitter. It puts him in some elite company. I'm a huge fan of Tex. I hope he keeps healthy and finds a way to stay with the Yankees. He is definitely the best first baseman in the game when healthy. Nobody consistently picks like him.
