Removal of ticket from PSA Holder

What is the safestway to remove a long ticket from a PSA holder?

Use a box cutter knife. Slowly cut (Into the grove where the front and back of the holder were sealed together). Start at the top. Then work the sides and bottom. Once you cut deep enough into the top, use a screwdriver (flatheard) or a knife and begin to separate (slowly) . Then work around the sides and bottom. Just take your time and don't rush. Works every time.
