Good Photo Matching site that you can buy images from!

Just noticed Sportschrome, a sports image site has changed their look and now you can purchase all images as high-quality JPEGs thru paypal

$10 for 500 pixels
$15 for 1500 pixels

Can anyone tell me if I were to purchase a 1500 pixel JPEG image and print a 8x10 or 16x20 photo, would that photo be of high quality and crystal clear.

Thanks, I was looking to purchase a few images of a Manny Ramirez bat that I have photo matched and wanted the photos as 8x10's.
