MLB Helmet Date Clock

Need some help with a batting helmet. Date clock inside he helmet has an arrow pointing from the 6 to the 12 with the arrow at the 12. the number 9 on the left side of the arrow and the number 1 on the right side of the arrow. 1991? in silver ink the size 7 1/4 is written along with 93.
