I'm sure there was a thread about this before, but it's I haven't seen one in a long time. Show off some of your favorite NFL items such a jerseys, helmets, cleats, pants, ect. Seems like there are so many more threads about baseball(no offense to the baseball collectors), and I only collect NFL items, so I would like to see some of your collections!

Nice stuff. I looked and realized that I didn't have any of my stuff on here. 4 GU items so far. The chinstrap was used by Ted Ginn in '07 against the Eagles.

-The gentleman I got the helmet from worked for a company that reconditioned helmets. Just after the Super Bowl, they got a number of helmets from the Cowboys to refurbish and send back. The helmet arrived at the factory as you see it - missing the Star. It was determined that the Randall helmet needed to be replaced in its entirely so the seller was able to take it home as a souvenir.

- The last Question I asked Tom Randall in the questionnaire was, did he know what what happened to the Star on the side of the helmet? His answer was, "No idea about the Star".

So to answer your question? Who knows.

I just picked this up in early January from NFL auctions, Will Smith's jersey from the Saints/Chargers game in London.
