2000-01 Los Angeles Laker Nike Tagging Question

Is anyone familiar with the tagging on LA Laker Nike Jerseys in or around 2000-01. On the front tagging there is a hanging "Length" tag. Sometimes it's "+4" or some other number, below it says "Made in the U.S.A."

Behind this hanging tag there is a Nike swish and the following:

CA#05553

RFC#NME929220KL4

Does anyone know what these numbers mean? Thanks
