Was wondering what others thought of players inscribing items personally for them?

I thought about this today when I was having Dahl sign my two Giants jerseys. I know it sounds cliche, but I see my collection as more of a shrine and tribute to all Bison who have performed on the collegiate and professional field. Some have even given me jerseys to have them there with the others. Therefore, I don't want them personalized to me because they are for everyone. I know, I know...I paid for them so they are mine. But the reason I started this shrine was because the University archives does a terrible job of sharing their items. I want to share mine with everyone that has an appreciation for NDSU athletics through touring my basement but most importantly my website. I am meeting with my photographer in the morning to take a ton of pics of new stuff so hopefully the website gets updated soon.
