Are Legitimate COAs Devalued By Obvious Forgeries?

Saw this COA from Stan the Man and thought it was from Stan "The Man" Musial's company.

Due to the location of the "Stan the Man" company in Caldwell, NJ, this is not from Stan "The Man" Musial's company.

This COA was issued by Stanley Fitzgerald. This individual was a big player in the Greg Marino forgery ring, aka Operation Bullpen.
