    I'm not sure if the OP is looking for a ball "used" during the actual game, but I can tell that the unsued ones are in severe shortage (I heard it had something to with the green stitching in that they didn't make them in the quanity they had before). Fortunately, I've had Cal Ripken Jr. sign a few for me over time, but the last unsused one that was one eBay went for OVER $100 !

    I know I've shown this before, but the thread reminded me of this....It's a 2001 All Star ball signed by (then) ESPN's Charley Steiner on the swwet spot with his 'phrase' from when Ripken hit the HR in his first at bat (he signed it for me when he was working for the Yankees)......
