Yep. Thats when they're from. That final game at RFK. My wife took them. Some of the guys signed one auto and ran. The vet's made them come out to talk to the fans in their costumes. There's another one here with Jason Maxwell dressed as a red butterfly with a bra on....

You are right, that was Chico. I'm positive that the diaper wearer was Joel. He signed for me (the only auto I got that day). I have a pic of my son signing an autograph for a woman who wanted his auto. I had no idea who she was but Joel said something at the fanfest here last month about Ryan signing an auto for his mom!

Sorry for digging up an old thread, guys, but I just found this and am still laughing!

I thought the Twins were the only ones that had this tradition every year. I have a great photo of Justin Morneau in a Hooters outfit (and the rest of the rooks that year) ~ courtesy of Eddie Guardado and vets. And the year of the 19 rookies, we had Hunter, Jones, Hawkins, & Co., in everything from pink ballerina tutus, to prom dresses, yellow zuit suits, to leisure suits.

Can't miss those games! And they have to fly out in those costumes to the away game city and go out for supper in them.

Another fine Twins' tradition is the pink Barbie/My Little Pony equipment bag that the newest/rookie pitcher has to carry to the bullpen for every game.

Given that the thread is somewhat directed to the Nats, you can only use this as humor because of how bad the Nats really are. Another 3 errors today.

Dunn probably regrets signing there for 2 years. The way time goes, will be over before ya know it...
