Would love to see some Mcgwire gamers!
After seeing Birdbats homerun #51 bat I was thinking how asthetically pleasing Big Mac's bats are to look at. The natural grain, pine tar, heavy seam marks,...etc. I was wondering if you guys could post a few pics of your Mac gamers? Thanks a lot! - Joe Cocozzella

Re: Would love to see some Mcgwire gamers!
Here are a few Mac bats I've come across. From the top, numbers 1, 2 and 4 belong to friends and came from the team or LaRussa's ARF charity. Numbers 3 and 5 are bats I've owned in the past and now belong to other forum members. Number 6 is in Cooperstown -- it's the bat he used for HR #62. Number 7 is the bat I just acquired, and number 8 is a bat from 1999 that belongs to the Cardinals HOF/Museum.
This one isn't a gamer, but I include it because it's rare. Rawlings made a few bats for Mac in '98 with his signature on the barrel. As I understand it, this bat was given by Mac to his girlfriend's little brother. Mac hit two HRs on the date noted on the bat.
