Re: Auction House BBB Ratings
"CNBC: How do you avoid getting caught buying a fake? How do you look for authenticity?
A - Kieta of AMI: Well, primarily when you're looking to purchase, especially when you're a novice, you want to look at the company; who you're purchasing from, what their ethic is, what their practices are,.."
indeed. look at the company. 31 complaints in only 36 months. look at their ethics and practices. it takes some pretty impressive practices and ethics to lead the league in complaints.
kieta in a recent AMI catalog: "..in the industry maintaining our excellent quality and impeccable customer service."
i'm almost scared to see what'll happen if their customer services gets any more impeccable.
