Marty Cordova LS - Misspelled

Hi Brian!

I have two Marty Cordova LS bats with his name misspelled as CARDOVA. One is a black C243 and the other a blonde P116 (cupped). His name is in block letters so I am assuming these are from 1995. Can you tell me if these were sample bats sent to him or did he order them and the order was misspelled. Is there any way to know how many bats were made with the incorrect spelling?

It's really hard to say...We don't record the mistakes. He ordered both the C243 and P116 in 1995 in large quantities. I didn't type his name in wrong to see if anything did come up. I don't know if the guys on the floor would have caught the spelling mistake on the ticket so I don't know if it was made or not. I had two orders for R161's in 1996 and one for six P116's in 1993 with the order entered as Marty Cardova.
