did these shirts have nob on a plate or directly attached?? thanks, jeff

The 1976 Astros Rainbows had an NOB on a nameplate. Does anyone out there have an all original 1976 Astros Rainbow with the N.L. Centennial patch?

Yes, the 1976 Astros rainbows had Name on Back stitched onto a plate. They were made by Sand-Knit and were unique in that the back number was a single color (navy) screened printed or heat pressed onto the back rainbow. The jerseys also had the Baseball Centennial patch.
I have an all original #14 Roger Metzer, one of my favorites. Only second to the 1975 Astros rainbow.
