Jacoby Ellsbury LVS photo match

I may have a photo match for my 2008 Jacoby Ellsbury LVS cracked bat. Found the photo of Jacoby on smugmug.com

In the action photo of Jacoby you can see the crack in the mid handle area, that lines up with the crack on my bat. Jacoby used all black LVS bats for a limited time during the 2008 season.

Not exactly sure on the date of the game, but I believe it was the Red Sox vs Diamondbacks on 6-25-08, you can see Dbacks catcher Miguel Montero in the photo. Starting pitcher for that game was Randy Johnson, so that may explain the broken bat. Let me know what you think.
