How Do I Shrink Pictures In Mass Quantities

Ok, I just took a bunch of pics of my pickups at the A's fanfest and I can't copy and paste them because the pictures are too big I guess. Can anyone tell me how I can shrink these easily. I don't know how to fix this, and I have like 40 pictures I need to shrink. thank you, Manny

microsoft office picture manager can do it in bulk also if you have it.
