Jason Taylor?

I know this is for game used but I thought I'd get some opinions...

My boss bought a used copy of "Slugging It Out In Japan" by Warren Cromartie and this picture was inside as a bookmark.



Is that Jason Taylor? My boss and I both looked at it and it looks like him but I know very little about his high school career.
