Jackie Robinson Jerseys - MLB Auction
Anyone have any idea what identifiers/tagging are on these jerseys to know who specifically they belonged to? Afterall, all players wore #42 with no names on the back...any insight would be appreciated...

Re: Jackie Robinson Jerseys - MLB Auction
Usually they are autographed... and have a MLB holo which then states who used it

I believe many teams write the players real numbers on the tag in sharpie.

Re: Jackie Robinson Jerseys - MLB Auction
Beantown I know the last ones I picked up had the name or the real players number written real small on the tagging. Plus they were autographed.
The link you posted to the Orioles jersey might have a name or number written small on the front tag or something. The pictures don't blow up large enough to see.

I have Lee's uniform from the first JR Day, and the Cubs have his regular uniform number (25) on the strip tag in the collar.
