D-Backs MLB auctions help

I bought a game used item off of the MLB auctions site on 4/22/09 and I still have not received it yet. I was just curious about other peoples experiences. It says that it could take up to 4 weeks to ship. Anyone else have a similar experience or should I be conserned. Thanks for any help.

I've found shipping from MLB to be incredibly slow. Even when the item is being shipped from the same town I live in.

It's been several years since I bought anything through MLB auctions but I had the same experience. It was at least four weeks, and the item arrived damaged and had to be returned. Hopefully they've improved on their handling, if not their delivery time.
