Super Bowl XX game used ball ?

Hi all,
Can anyone help me? I purchased an official Super Ball XX football from an estate that has all the appropriate laser printing - teams, date, etc, etc. It was sold as a Super Bowl game used ball mounted in a case but as is with no papers. No markings on the ball except for the printing and it is slightly scuffed and slightly deflated. Is there any way that this ball can be authenticated as game used?
