The bat is uncracked and shows a lot of game use, ball marks and seam marks on the barrel, pine tar on the mid handle area and his number 44 stickered on the end of knob.

Jason Bay has 14 HR's and 48 rbis and is leading in voting for A.L. outfielders for the 2009 All Star Game.
