Koppel is likely the premier Dave Kingman collector in the country, and is friends with Kong. Kingman played for Oakland in the mid-1980s, so (I think) he was just being facetious, as I'd figure the A's haven't sold any mid-80s jerseys through FanFest for years.

Bob's a good friend and contact to have...he's also got impressive stashes of Jim Thome, Adam Dunn, and 1968/1984 Tigers GU items.
