    I noticed Pedroia using all blond S318 and also T161 bats , both with the 125th logo on them. Are you saying he only ordered 2-tone bats this year??

    I've noticed some players still using all black bats, even LS's from this year. How is that allowed?

    I believe the all black bats are ash bats, only maple has to be two tone or all natural finish.

    why do the maple bats have such strict rules in comparison to ash bats? what advantage would coloring it all black do that these rules take away?
