Looking for a little DIY help!!

I'm hoping to recreate the jersey in the middle of this photo

Does anyone know a place that I could buy a blank grey pinstriped jersey with neck piping?

I've been chasing this jersey for 8 years, and have decided to try the DIY route. Any help would be very appreciated!!

Blue Jays wore it in a Negro Leagues Tribute game at Shea Stadium in 2001.

Of course, if anyone actually has the actual jersey, that would be even better!!!
