Show me your favorite commemorative patch and why you like it

I'm sure we all have, or had items that have commemorative patches on them, and I'd like to see your favorites, and why you like them. I'll get the ball rolling.
-The first one is a Shea Stadium final season patch from a game-issued Mets jersey because I liked Shea,
-The second is a 1999 Cleveland Browns inaugural season patch, I remember watching the Hall of Fame game in '99 and marveling at the team's rebirth,
-The third is a Pittsburgh Pirates 100th Anniversary patch I got this jersey (Junior Ortiz) the day my niece was born, so it holds a special place in my heart,
-and the 4th is an NHL 2000 patch, I'm a hockey fan, and we went to a game for my 18th birthday that year.

I really like the yankees 08 AS patch and the inaugural season is cool too.

I like the A's 40th anniversary patch as well as their Holy Toledo patch in memory of Bill King (announcer).

I really like the Reds final season at Cinergy field patch. I also am a big fan of the Jackie Robinson patch worn in 1997.

They are wonderful patches, have a couple of GU jerseys from last season and they do look great!

I like the Herb Score memorial patch the Indians are wearing this year in honor of the former player and broadcaster who recently passed away.

My favorite is the #5 patch the Yankees wore in 1999 to honor Joe DiMaggio. Like Joe D, it was simple yet said so much.

Here's some of my favorite patches.The 3 patches are from the minnesota gophers.The gophers are a college hockey team and they are my brothers,they are on his troy riddle's jersey's.The other one is the 2006 baseball all star game in pittsburgh as i love everything pittsburgh.And finally the special patch for rusty wallace final season"last call".Sad thing about that is that the dinosour mark martin announced his retirement the same season 2005.But before the last race of the season he said he was'nt going to retire.And what made me upset,being a rusty fan.Is that dino took the spotlight away from rusty that whole season.Because whenever they would do a special feature on rusty or interview him.They had to include dino.And he is still racing to this day.To me if you announce you are retiring.Well don't let the door hit you dino.
