Move over Camarokids: It's time for MY Jonny Gomes collection
Got a game bat in today, so I figured I'd show off all my stuff. Aren't these things so much better than 1 inch slivers of cut up wood?
From 2004, probably primarily (if not singularly) used at Durham.
Manufacturing code goes:
34''
32oz
02 10 04
73
4538
The vertical lines in the horizontal reflection plane are lace marks. Quite a bit of use on it
Wish there were some halfways decent photos of him in 2004, as I'd actually stand a chance of photomatching it with the green mark.
2001 Princeton Home Jersey (first pro year)
2003 Tampa Bay Road Jersey (first time in the majors)
2004 Durham Bulls Road Jersey
2004 Tampa Bay Road Jersey
2007 Durham Bulls Home Jersey (worn for one game, then sold for charity at the game)
I believe that this was worn at the end of 2005. I've only found one picture of him wearing such a glove (most are all black), but that one matches and this glove is very nicely broken in, so I have no doubt of its use.

Very impressive collection Luc!
Have you seen any Reds stuff of his yet?
I will let you know if I decide to sell any of his bats I have.
Very nice Collection!

Thanks David---you're definitely still whooping me when it comes to bats, though.
I haven't seen any Reds stuff, although I've been looking. I haven't even found any Rays 31 jerseys that I've been confident with, aside from the 1 game jerseys on MLB Auctions every now and then.
Mind you, I have a particular affinity for the earlier jerseys: size 46 fits me, size 50 not so much
