Ryan Braun G/U bat on ebay - Mikita Sports

Currently offered on ebay is a Ryan Braun game used bat, autographed with a G/U 2008 inscription - item #170361013190. Given the insription and that it is being offered by Mikita, its tough to argue about the bat's provenance. However this bat, and in particular the presence of tape on the handle (which is not common for a Braun gamer), was discussed in a thread this past March, link below. I was also offered this bat in April of this year, but did not purchase it.

In addition to the photos in the thread above, the photo below was taken during BP on 10-1-08. To me, it would appear that there are more characteristics in common between the bat offered by Mikita and the bat in the photo of Fielder than characteristics of the offered bat and what would commonly be found on a bat used by Braun in a game. That is why I passed on the bat when offered it in April.
