    Game Used Base Autograph Advice...

    Hey Guys,

I have a game used MLB base that I am looking to have autographed. What is the best pen I could use in order to get one BIG signature across the surface? Any suggestions are appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Josh

Not sure, I've seen bases signed before, and the only thing I recall seeing used (or as it appeared to be) was sharpie.

The tip of a regular sharpie is not thick enough to adequately write on a base. Ripken Baseball uses almost what is like a thick black/blue marker (the kind that you would use to write on a poster board):

I asked for Gold Paint Pen which has also worked very well.

Great base IronManFan. I love these Ripken logo bases.
