Looking for early Braves jersey experts

I'd really appreciate someone who knows Braves jerseys. I am a potential buyer of a 94 McMichael jersey on Ebay. I have brought this jersey up before on here and got good info on it. Everyone says the tags look good. I have done my research and found that the tags and the style do match up. I just recently caught this though, the nameplate on the back says "McMichael" with the 1st "C" being a lower case. While looking through some pics on getty and some baseball cards, I noticed that the nameplate he wears in every picture has the "C" sitting on top, and not on the botton as a normal lower case letter would. I did see however that when he was with the Mets, although most of the pics I found had the "c" sitting on top just like with the Braves, I found one with the "c" sitting on the bottom like on the Ebay jersey. Not saying the jersey isnt legit, just odd how the Braves would change the letters like that in the same season. Any input?
