Interesting photo match of '80s Cardinals jersey

Photo matching Cardinals jerseys can be difficult, especially those pullovers from the '80s. But, I think I got lucky on this '83 Dave Von Ohlen jersey. I noticed the numbers on the front were different sizes -- the 3 clearly is larger than the 8 (both numbers are original; no signs of a number change). The only shot I could find of Von Ohlen in a home jersey is from the team's 1984 yearbook/scorecard... and lo and behold, Dave's 3 is larger than the 8 in that shot. Guess rookies' jerseys didn't receive the attention to detail that the stars' jerseys received.
