Prices were definitely outrageous. The no smoking sign that I bought while the auction was going on and is still available for 250 on their website, went for 585 with buyers premium and shipping. All the signs went for crazy money.

Re: Yankee Steiner Legends Auction
I wonder how long it will be before many of these buyers decide they'd rather have a $300-$400 jersey or bat rather than a Yankee Stadium Men's bathroom sign? It's just a matter of time before many of these buyers are trying to sell these things to get whatever they can out of them.
I think there have just been a ton of people that have gotten wrapped up in the tearing down of the old stadium. Once the new-ness of it wears off, there will plenty of this stuff available at discounted prices.Always looking for Atlanta Braves Game-Used items. hiramman@bellsouth.net
