Any thoughts on this? The AIS tag looks like it is from 1998 not 1999. They changed the tag in 1999 (based on other common jerseys I have seen).

I have attached the picture of a tag from an away 1999 Rigo Beltran jersey.

Someone should teach the seller how to use eBay's picture service to rotate and crop their images.
