Any McGwire bat experts have an opinion on this ebay bat?

It looks good to me, however, here is my thought process. It looks legit. But there is no return and the pine tar is nice on the mid handle but not so much on the lower handle where one would grip the bat. I'm not saying its not there, I just can't see it real well, but its really noticable on the label. The price is dirt cheap which makes me also a little gun shy. I'd prefer a bat to have more use myself.

The seller notes NO RETURNS.

I've never figured out why a seller would not offer a return policy and likewise, why anyone would bid on an Ebay auction or other auction with this type of "all sales final" policy? Maybe I could accept this if I was buying an apple pie off McDonalds dollar menu, but a $400.00 bat or expensive piece of game used equipment? NEVER!
