Re: Detroit Tigers GU
I bought my hat straight from the Tigers' authentication program, run by Marc. I got on the email list a few weeks ago, and I'm very happy I did.
Mike Acosta from the Astros told me that the stars on the hats are heat pressed, so that they can easily be removed. So I am honestly not sure how many of these hats will hit the market.
The Tigers' email advertised three for sale, the Valverde, Peralta, and Cabrera.

Re: Detroit Tigers GU
Picked up these bats at a local garage sale really inexpensively:
Tony Phillips (signed), Skeeter Barnes and Bobby Higginson
Debating whether or not to take off the tape on the Higginson bat.

My Tigers bats...
Hey guys......I'm new to this forum and have been mainly collecting bats from the '84 team. However, they're currently hibernating in a Rubbermaid dumpster (some with socks) due to my roaming 2 1/2 year old son that currently likes to swing things. They'll all be back out in a few years, I hope. I'm still looking for a Kuntz, Allen, Jones, Earl, and Garbey if anyone has any leads. Thanks..............Matt
