Johnny Bench 1967 Game Used Bat

I am looking for additional information on a Johnny Bench game used bat. This bat was won in a Lelands Charlie Sheen 2000 Auction. The bat comes with a Lelands COA that indicates the bat was obtained in 1967 by a former minor league teammate of Bench. There is no uniform number on the knob. It is a Model R43 that measures 35.5". Current weight is 31.1 oz. The weight is not marked on the knob. I see in Vince's Book that 35.5" bats were ordered in 1965, 66, and 67. Does anyone have specific numbers for the quantity of bats that were ordered. Thanks a lot, Mike
