Blank nameplate

Hello All

I'm looking for a blank (black) name plate for a baseball jersey. I received one today which is less than 4" high which is too small.

I"m looking a larger one 4.5 - 5 " high to put on a jersey.

Anyone know where to find one or have one for sale?
