Does anyone on this forum know how to do a repair on a football jersey?

Hey Guys,

Do any of you have experience in repairing tears in an football jersey? I recently acquired a NFL jersey of a scrub player that has no importance to me that I would like repaired so I can wear it to a games. It has a small quarter shape like hole missing on the front chest. I would be more than happy to compensate for your efforts!
