loose threads

have any of you experienced loose threads on your game used uniforms that were used to photo match eventually fall off? if so, how do you repair this? does the thread coming off also significantly lower the value of the item?

If you found a nice photomatch then did something idiotic like wear jersey around and ruin it. Would be pretty dumb to do that. I can't imagine anyone messing with a jersey with a good photo match. A loose thread will stay there forever as long is you don't do something dumb.

The way the question was phrased, it appears that it has already happened. I have a jersey that I photomatched with a couple loose threads. Like indyred said, I'm not sure how a thread falls off.
