    As I stated in another thread, the seller was only intending on getting a lot of views, and for people to submit an offer. They're never expecting that actual amount. It's pretty obvious.

    I think that says alot about the sellers integrity. It's one thing to make a profit but to purposely abuse the system to solicit views or offers is just crap.

    If I were ever interested in an auction that was listed like this, and my offer was accepted, I would be sure to pay the asshole in pennies. Hey, if it fits it ships....

    Its a shame that eBay doesn't have better policies against listings like this.

    I think putting a higher-than-normal price on a BIN can result in offers that are a little higher. People gauge the seller's interest in selling based on that total. BUT when it's so high like that, buyers figure you're just crazy/stupid, so they don't even bother to submit an offer...
