    WS Game 3 observations

Bottom of the 1st, Arod puts his finger to the side of his nose and blows a booger onto the field....nasty. (Kyle, here's your chance for a photomatch!)

The back of Jeter's jersey looks to have paint drips on it.

Jorge Posada had some white crusty stuff on his cheek that the 1st base coached tried to wipe off...shaving cream?

Anyone get a close up of Pettite's bat? Was it one of his own?

I saw that too. I think that is splatter from the grayish mixture on the warning track and in front of the dugout. He may have jogged on it during the rain delay.

    True, but notice I didn't comment on Observations # 3 and #4.

You couldn't miss Observation #1. Yes, only a game used guy would see and care about #2 LOL

I can see it now, Arod world series bats " no signs of use or light use" 1 for 10 so far.

As far as the finger and blowing the nose, maybe he was tipping pitches to the hitter.

Arod game used items have to be the least rare in the hobby. An unsigned Arod bat is more rare than a signed one. haha

It must be tough for arod to go about everyday activities and not see dollar signs on everything..."I wonder how much this tooth brush would sell for if i inscribed it Bathroom used 10-30-09".
